400 HEAVY Screw Base

Base with vertical adjustment capability.

Used for leveling Scaffolding, as well as transferring vertical loads from the structure to the ground.

Consists of:

– a base plate with dimensions 150 x 150 mm with 4 holes of diameter 14 mm, enabling anchoring to the ground – made of properly profiled sheet metal, which distributes the load of the stand over a larger area.

– shaft – a threaded element with an outer diameter of 38 mm and a pitch of 6,3 mm.

– crown nut – used to set Scaffolding to a specified height.

– crown nut movement limiter – a safety feature preventing the complete unscrewing of the nut.

 

The maximum adjustment range le max for each length L of the screw bases is as follows:

– L = 400 mm – le max = 250 mm;

– L = 500 mm – le max = 350 mm;

– L = 600 mm – le max = 450 mm;

– L = 800 mm – le max = 600 mm;

– L = 1000 mm – le max = 750 mm.

 

The length of unscrewing the screw base significantly affects the load-bearing capacity of Scaffolding.

Each component is protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing.
