Optifix Assembly Anchor – HW

The Optifix HW assembly anchor made of plastic is an alternative for securing diagonal supports on precast concrete elements and is particularly suitable for double walls with a cavity. Costly and time-consuming installations of additional plugs, self-anchoring rails, or other fastening methods are eliminated. The ribbed version guarantees especially durable seating in the concrete element. The attached disc can be easily removed. Optifix prevents water penetration and thus presents a beneficial alternative to stainless steel inserts. Optifix can be secured with adhesive to steel formwork or nailed to wooden formwork. When the formwork is removed, the support can be secured using self-tapping screws and galvanized M 12 x 70 (according to DIN 571). Screws and washers (according to DIN 9021) are supplied on request in packages of 50 szt each.
